| Chris Wilson Jack's grandson, Chris Wilson has been a fixture at Wilson's for over a decade and never turns down a chance to discuss important matters like hunting and Georgia football. (Go Dogs!) |
| Jessica Hudson Jessica is Jack's granddaughter and has been working at Wilson's since, well as long as she can remember. |
| Austin "Preacher" McKnight Always easy going, Austin is Gary's nephew and works at Wilson's during time off from his theological pursuits. |
| Judy Mealor Judy has been working at Wilson's for over 35 years and nobody can make cubed steak like her. Friendly and ready to talk, Judy will liven any conversation. |
| Larry Dickard Larry is another of Wilson's staple employees who has been here for nearly 40 years. Larry knows the equipment like the back of his hand and makes the best, fresh-ground hamburger in Oconee county every day! |

| Jeanna Wilson Jeanna is Gary's wife and takes care of most of the administrative operations at Wilson's. |
| Jeff Bates Jeff is the local do-it-all expert and takes care of a wide variety of tasks around the plant. |
| Danny Duncan One of our salesmen and more informative than the local newspaper, Danny has been at Wilson's for about 3 years. |
| Eddie Turner Eddie is one of Wilson's finest delivery drivers. |
| Alan Burton Alan is another experienced salesman and we were glad to have him back when he recently returned to the Wilson's team. |
| Roger Pelfrey Roger is another of our meat specialists and works in the processing plant. |
| Jake Wilson Jake is the son of Gary and Jeanna and helps out at Wilson's during time off from school. |
