After eight years of hearing about this gem, we finally made it and were not disappointed! Everything was wonderful...the service was wonderful, the butchers knowledgeable (even knew of a Santa Rosa tritip, which is rarely known outside of the Central Valley of California), and very clean and organized. Wonderful, family owned and run business. Truly the best meat around. Happy to say we just stocked our freezer with plenty of beef.
